At Feloura, we value your trust and aim to deliver products that meet our quality standards. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. Please review this policy before placing an order.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Refunds or exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Size or color preference issues (unless Feloura sent the wrong item)

  • Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

  • Products purchased during discount, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your exchange request is approved:

  • The item must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging intact

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers may be required to cover return delivery charges unless the issue occurred from Feloura’s side


REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved:

  • The product must be returned and inspected by our team

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mobile banking, depending on the payment type


DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was caused by Feloura


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via mobile banking or another mutually agreed method

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and verified


ORDER REFUSAL & REPEATED RETURNS

  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in order limitations for future purchases

  • Repeated refund or exchange requests may be reviewed to prevent misuse of this policy


FINAL DECISION

Feloura reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or exchange request after proper review. All decisions made by Feloura will be final.
